Meizu 18 Series can Come without Charger in the Box

Meizu announced its relationship with Qualcomm again at the Snapdragon Summit in December. It is expected that the company will soon launch new flagship phones powered by Snapdragon 888 chipset.

By number, they are likely Meizu 18 series devices. They can already obtain 3C certification in China. As the digital chat station points out, there are reportedly two Meizu devices on the 3C certification website. The model numbers are M181Q and M191Q.

If you recall, the Meizu 17, 17 Pro appeared with model numbers M081Q and M091Q respectively. Returning to the 2018 and Meizu 16 Series 16, the 16 Plus received M882Q and M892Q certification respectively.

For the Meizu 17 series, the device is actually launched with 30W charging support, although the Pro version is defined as 40W. Therefore, we are not sure whether Meizu will be able to adopt the same differences in the final version. Anyway, the M181Q and M191Q can be Meizu 18 series and support 10V @ 3A (30W) and 20V @ 2A (40W) respectively.

After Apple launched in Meizu

He also says that both models can come with 3,910mAh (Type 4,000mAh) and 4,410mAh (Type. 4,500mAh) batteries. Another interesting thing here is the lack of a charger. The model listed is "to be sold without a standard power adapter."

With the iPhone 12 series, Apple began a trend not to include the power adapter in its retail box packaging. Later companies like Xiaomi, Samsung followed suit with Xiaomi Mi 11, Samsung Galaxy S21 respectively. It seems that Meizu 2021 may join the majority and the list will take longer.

The Meizu 18 series still remains a mystery as the company has neither announced the launch timeframe nor has it appeared extensively on the leaks. The company hopes to launch Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro as part of the series.

We can also expect features like 120Hz refresh rate with a Samsung E4 AMOLED display, a quad camera with a periscope lens and 5x optical zoom, etc. Let's wait for more leaks to get a feel for them.
